How do I choose a size?
Open the product page and read its size guide and fit notes. Choose a colour and a size before adding the piece to your bag.
General US charts are guidance. If you need help, ask Arca about the fit before choosing.
What if my size is sold out?
Sold-out sizes stay visible. Choose a marked size to ask to be notified if it becomes available. A notification request does not reserve a piece.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is within the United States. US delivery $25.00. 14-day returns.
How are prices listed?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bag lists the selected size and colour for each piece.
Do I need a customer account?
When checkout is open, you can order as a guest and Stripe handles payment. If the button says Checkout opens soon, use the product question form or contact page to ask about a piece.
How do I ask about an order?
Contact Arca with your order number and question. You can find the number in your confirmation email.
