The seller
Arca Universe LLC is the seller. These terms apply to purchases through arcauniverse.com. Questions can be sent to admin@arcauniverse.com or through the contact page. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the shipping and returns policy.
Products and sizes
Read the product description, size guide and fit notes before ordering. General size charts are guidance, not a guarantee of fit. Screens can display colours differently. Availability may change while you shop. A bag or wishlist does not reserve stock. We do not make an authenticity claim on this site.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The bag and checkout show the applicable delivery charge and total before payment. Checkout may be paused while payment setup is completed; during a pause no payment or order is accepted through the checkout endpoint. When checkout is available, Stripe processes payment. Never send card details by email, a form or the stylist.
Orders and unavailable stock
We email an order confirmation when an order is recorded. If a piece becomes unavailable during a simultaneous purchase, we notify you and arrange a full refund for the affected payment. If we discover a pricing or description error before dispatch, we contact you to confirm a correction or cancel and refund the affected order. We do not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
Delivery and returns
We ship within the United States. Delivery is $25 per order with no free shipping threshold. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and pieces must be unused with tags attached. Approved refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Read the shipping and returns page for the process and contact us before sending a return.
Using the store
Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful material or interfere with other visitors. The optional AI stylist is for catalog discovery and sizing guidance. It cannot place, change, track or return an order. Check the product page and contact us if you need help.
Governing law and your rights
Delaware law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If there is a problem, contact admin@arcauniverse.com so we can work to resolve it. Changes apply to future orders; the terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
