Store information.

Who handles your information
Arca Universe LLC operates this store. Contact admin@arcauniverse.com for privacy questions or requests. We use information to operate the store, answer questions, process orders, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Information you provide
When you order, we receive the contact, delivery and order information needed to fulfil it. Contact, product question and back-in-stock forms collect your email, message and related product or variant. Back-in-stock requests are used to notify you about that size, not to enrol you in general marketing. If the stylist is enabled, your messages and selected catalog context are processed to answer you. Do not send it card details, addresses, phone numbers or other personal information.
Payments and messages
Stripe processes checkout and payment details. Payment card data is entered with Stripe; do not send it through our forms or stylist. Resend sends order, refund, stock notification and inquiry emails. We keep order references and payment status to fulfil orders and handle refunds.
Hosting, security and analytics
Cloudflare hosts and protects the store, including Turnstile verification and image delivery. Supabase stores catalog, order and inquiry records and provides admin authentication. Umami provides website analytics when enabled. Anthropic processes stylist messages when the stylist is enabled. These processors handle information needed for their service under their own applicable terms and safeguards. Service data may be processed in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Browser storage
Your browser stores product IDs for the wishlist and variant IDs and quantities for the bag. Admin sign-in uses authentication cookies. Cloudflare and Turnstile may use security signals and browser storage to distinguish legitimate visitors from abuse. You can clear browser storage, but this clears your saved bag or wishlist and may sign you out.
Retention and choices
We retain order, inquiry and security records as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal duties. Access is restricted to people and processors who need it. Email admin@arcauniverse.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw a stock notification request. We may verify your identity and retain records required by law. We do not sell your personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Children and updates
This store is intended for adult shoppers and is not directed at children under 13. Contact us if a child has provided personal information so we can address it. We publish changes to this notice here with an updated effective date.
