US delivery

We deliver within the United States only. The delivery charge and returns window shown below are the current store settings. There is no free shipping threshold. Product prices and delivery charges are shown in US dollars.

Dispatch and delays

We confirm your order by email and send tracking when it ships. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee. If we cannot ship within the time promised at checkout, or within 30 days when no time was promised, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. We will obtain consent to delays where required.

Returning a piece

Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing admin@arcauniverse.com with your order number and the piece you want to return. Returns are accepted only unused, with tags attached. Keep the packaging and contact us for return instructions before sending anything. We will confirm the return destination and any applicable return delivery arrangements with you.

Refunds

We inspect returned pieces before approving a refund. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears. We will contact you if a return does not meet the unused-with-tags condition. If a piece arrives damaged, is incorrect or is missing, contact admin@arcauniverse.com promptly so we can help. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
